Who is it for?
The RCIA is not only for those individuals seeking incorporation into the Church, it is for the good of the whole Church -- a community event -- and so the entire parish is invited and encouraged to take part in the process. Therefore, the RCIA embraces:
-- Those never baptized and interested in knowing more about the faith, to find out what it means to be a Catholic Christian and to help them on their spiritual journey through intiation and full membership into the Church.
-- Those who are baptized Christians of another denomination who are interested in joining the Catholic faith, to help them in their spiritual journey towards full communion with us
-- Those who are baptized Catholic who never received other sacraments or futher
instruction in the faith, to help them enter into full communion with us.
-- Those fully initiated and in communion with the Catholic faith, who want to become more involved in their faith or gain a deeper understanding of their faith,
